Suzanne Teale & Angela Barrago
Our story started almost 30 years ago — long before Teale Growth Partners (TGP Ltd) existed.
Back in 1995, we were two young women working at Manchester Airport, learning fast about people, pressure, and performance in one of the most fast-paced environments imaginable. We’ve been friends and colleagues ever since.
Over the decades since, our paths have crossed many times — from operations and leadership to transformation and wellbeing — each of us developing our own expertise along the way.
Angela built her leadership career from the ground up — starting in operations before moving into the public sector, where she led large-scale transformation projects, restructures, and community programmes across the North West. She’s practical, direct, and brings a refreshing mix of humour and honesty to every session.
Suzanne draws on 25+ years in corporate commercial leadership roles and now works as a Mental Fitness Specialist and Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist. She helps professionals build emotional intelligence and resilience by understanding how their minds work — translating neuroscience into simple, actionable tools for everyday leadership.
Together, we founded Teale Growth Partners to help organisations and leaders bridge the gap between thinking well and leading well.
